Month 3
Final prep & take the exam
Lock in your knowledge with final reviews and confidently sit for the national licensing exam.
Month 4
Coaching sessions with Duc
2x/week for 5 weeks. Elite mentoring directly from Wonder Rates CEO Duc Pham to build top-tier sales, origination, and process strategies.
Months 5-8
Internship & Mentorship
After passing your final exam, take advantage of an extended internship. Work directly with Duc and the Wonder Rates team to close your first real deals.
